Following on from my previous post about attachments, craving and desire I'd like to write about the other side of the physical attachments we experience in life which brings us to the components of suffering - fear, anxiety, pain and discomfort. This post in turn will be followed by another post on non-duality titled 'What equality really means' (it pops up in case you wish to read both posts side by side) so it might be helpful if you can think of both your body and your mind as an environment in which these different components of suffering interact with one another....continue reading
