Welcome to the Community Message Board
This is the central online social environment of the developing Qultura community. It's designed to function like a virtual (online) 24/7 community centre and space, freely accessible to everyone with an interest in the Qultura community, and make it possible for anyone who's registered and a member of the community to login, see what's happening, create and respond to posts, create discussions, share memories, experiences, ideas, and get involved and participate. Admittedly there's not much going on, but from small acorns mighty oak trees grow. It's designed to give everyone pretty much equal chance to become involved, to contribute, to have their say, to express themselves, and also a platform and environment where you can be heard and your voice recognized.
The Community Message Board is designed to serve the needs of everyone in the community, both the wider Qultura community and the 'core' of the Qultura community, i.e. the Qultura Core community which has its own category further down the board.
Registration (membership of the Qultura community)
Since the COVID lockdowns of 2020/2021 when we temporarily but indefinitely lost access to community space we decided to centre everything on this Community Message Board and make it so that anyone who registers on this Community Message Board is a recognized member of the Qultura community. Registration is completely free of charge, quick, and completely painless, and is the best way of developing membership without later on requiring money off anyone in the form of a membership fee, subscription and so on.
Participation in the Qultura community will always be completely free of charge for everyone, simply because you are part of an existing community, part of local community culture, and you're part of all these things free of charge anyway. As some people struggle to have money to eat, heat their homes, or cover life's essentials it seems mean to require any form of payment for anyone for something they get free of charge anyway. We want this community to be freely accessible to everyone, even if you're destitute, homeless and sleeping in cardboard in some shop doorway with nothing to your name.
How to make use of this Community Message Board
Please always keep in mind that this is the Community Message Board for an alternative dreamweaving community. This is very much a mystical, esoteric and subversive community. Subversion is all about the outward, creative self-expression of an individual truth outwards into an environment. Some of you reading this might find this a bit challenging but this is an online social environment where you leave much of your social and mental conditioning behind.
This is where I feel I need to get into the difference between trauma and karma. Trauma is force, impact, and is always the starting point of a process of creativity and interaction, which is karma, or a karmic process. I can illustrate the point I'm making here with a couple of examples. Let's start with a bell and a hammer. If you hit a bell with a hammer (trauma) the bell will always ring (karma). Another example is water. If you drop a heavy object such as a stone into water you get a splash (trauma) and then waves and ripples (karma). This is Natural Law, the Principle and the Process, and thus trauma and karma affects human beings along the exact same principles.
Therefore if you think it, feel it, sense it, or something is going through your mind, you're perfectly welcome to express yourself and post it. It doesn't have to make any sense to anyone else, not to me, but it's something you feel you want or need to post about then do so, start a thread or respond to an existing thread. Don't worry about what anyone else is going to think or how they're going to respond. Just feel free to express yourself and post about stuff, because you never know what you post might resonate with someone else, or provide insight, and at the end of the day it's just words.
Of course this comes with the caveat of:
We all have our own issues and struggles, we all misunderstand, get things wrong, and make mistakes. This is a very egalitarian community where generally people get along with one another despite differences and where we understand, on some deeper level, that we are all individually going through life in a way trying to resolve the karma which comes out of past trauma. Please never overlook the fact that despite being imperfect and having all manner of issues which arise from the trauma, friction and conflict we all experience out there in the wider community and society, we all have it within ourselves to support, guide, and inspire healing, recovery and growth in each other.
The power of the narrative
Rather than pollute this online social media space with petty point-scoring and the psychological struggles and mindgames of building a better Ego at someone else's expense, more than anything this Community Message Board is to be used as an online dreamweaving community that anyone can participate in simply through logging in and participating in discussions. It's intended to be a suitable social environment for online dreamweaving activities, such as the sharing of experiences, thoughts, feelings, dreams, narratives, stories, memories, recollections, visions, ideas, and stuff that comes to you while you're lying in bed at night staring at the ceiling or sitting in the bathroom.
This is where we get back to the importance of registration, involvement, participation and engagement. Each of us has an individual conscious perspective on life. We have all experienced things, witnessed things, seen things, and much of what we have seen and experienced in life is similar to that of other people. However nobody else has experienced life or seen life from our individual perspective. Nobody else sees things the exact same way we do. Nobody else experiences the rich tapestry of emotions and feelings quite the way we have. Nobody else can tell our stories, or tell the same narratives.
This is what you really need to be posting about here.
Understand that we are all part of an environment, and it is memory which connects us to our environments and other people. This is expressly a Community Message Board for the sharing of individual memories from an individual conscious human perspective. This is what the Qultura community is really all about, the emphasis on the importance of individual human experience and its empowerment.
For this reason this Community Message Board is designed to blend seamlessly with dreamweaving workshops, activities and meetings which take place in community space and where we all meet up together in person.
The Qultura Core community (moving in and out of Core)
If you are a registered member of the Qultura community, you're involved, engaged and participating here (or elsewhere) in dreamweaving activities, workshops, meetings and threads, and you have an idea or there's something you want to try out in the community with others you can quickly and easily 'move into core' and become a member of the Qultura Core community. All you need to move into core is a proposal for something you want to do or change in a way which is beneficial to both you and a community - the Qultura community or the wider local community.
If you're doing this for the first time simply message Qultura Core (or me) with your proposal and once acknowledged come back and post the same proposal to the board in the Qultura Core community. If you've already done this once simply post your proposal to the board in the Qultura Core community and figure it out with the other members of the community. This is the unique universal volunteering system which is designed to be fully self-identifying, self-regulating and self-perpetuating. There's no fixed or set volunteering or activist roles, no recruitment process, no application process, because everything gets figured out between members of the Qultura Core community autonomously. If you want to change what you're doing or switch or change roles, simply post another proposal to the board in the Qultura Core community.
What this means is that any volunteering or activism in the Qultura Core community is worked out here in the Qultura Core community in this Community Message Board. You do what you like, when you like, how you like, as often as you like, with whoever you like, and sort it all out between yourselves here in the Qultura Core community. Any volunteering or activism is a simple matter of logging in here, finding out what's going on in the Qultura Core community, and figuring out how, if and when you get involved. Once you've made contact with people in the community you can take it to Whatsapp, email, phone, text, or simply meet up. Don't overlook the use of your profile for networking, connecting with and messaging other members of the community.
Have any further questions or need more information?
You've got the website(s) and resources and you're also welcome to message me or Qultura Core to ask anything or something more specific. Don't be shy. I don't bite.
